I am often annoyed at how people have no idea of how their actions and words can affect others (e.g. colleagues, their partner, their kids, etc). Some people are oblivious to the fact that how they say something (e.g. a tone or a glance) can have just as much meaning as saying an actual word to someone.

They have just as many possible employment outcomes as well. One thing remains common amongst all of them is that they are a very valuable course to complete if you are unsure about the industry you are heading towards for a career.

In a recent blog by recruiter Matt Gosney, formerly of MI-Recruitment, Matt asked, “Is there a limit to how much you can motivate someone?” He believes that you can only motivate someone to a certain point and that people are just not able to be motivated past that point. I agree with his point completely and believe this is even more true for apprenticeship or traineeship interviews.
