3rd Year Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
Todd shows great maturity and initiative, he takes on and completes jobs that some tradesmen can’t. Todd is honest, loyal, has a great work ethic and is always one of the first to put up his hand to help out the team. Todd is able to effectively put ideas into actions and has performed above expectation throughout his apprenticeship.

Jenny loves to learn, works very well independently and is a pleasure to have in the department. Jenny has helped implement record management systems and can be depended on to complete any task she is directed in a professional manner. Jenny is very respectful to all staff and never leaves a job unfinished.

Retail
Throughout her traineeship Taylah has developed confidence and impressive customer services skills. Taylah is one of the youngest employees at her host employer, but displays a maturity and outlook beyond her years. Taylah completed her school-based traineeship in December 2010 and Reading Cinemas have employed her directly.

Jonathan is a very organised and efficient worker. He has excellent work ethics and has the ability to work either on his own or as part of a team. Jonathan has a very positive attitude and always takes pride in his work. His Host has said that Jonathan has been working at a level expected of a tradesman for some time.

Luke started at Southern Queensland Steel in a new role. He has since loved being a part of the progress and development of the business. Ben has coped with his workload with enthusiasm and with a can-do attitude. His Host has said that is it very refreshing coming to work and seeing a young man learning a new role.
