Trainees become work ready as part of their training to gain a competitive edge in the employment market.

A traineeship is an excellent development opportunity that builds highly practical skills. Undertaking a traineeship in business can lead to a broad range of career outcomes in product and service related businesses – from Accounting and Finance, to Human Resources, Marketing and as an administration professional.

Warehousing and logistics traineeships can open up pathways to hands-on roles with large scale logistics, storage or transport companies, amongst others.

Traineeships differ based on the discipline selected but are typically 1-2 years for vocational traineeships, and 2-3 years for trade-related traineeships (like a Civil Construction Traineeship).

During your training, you complete paid hands-on work with a host company and study a nationally accredited vocational qualification at Certificate level.
