The MIGAS HeadStart Program is facilitated by our experienced youth mentor and apprentice careers expert. Students attend face-to-face workshops combined with a supported work experience placement to build technical skills, practical knowledge and job readiness. Workshops include a mix of professional presentations, discussions, hands-on activities, role playing, guest presenters and are supported by practical workbooks.

ONLINE INFORMATION SESSIONS

Migas will be hosting two online information sessions before the school year wraps up. The sessions will provide insight into the program and the eligibility requirements for students looking to apply. It is your opportunity to ask questions directly of the program facilitator and MIGAS Schools and Programs Coordinator, Petelo Petelo.

Two session times have been set to provide students, parents, schools and supporters maximum opportunity to participate. Both sessions will cover the same content - you only need to register and attend the one that best suits you.

Once you have registered you will receive a follow-up email from MIGAS including the webinar details and links.
