We are seeking a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Carpenter who is seeking the opportunity to finish their trade and become a qualified Carpenter obtaining a Certificate III in Carpentry. You will be working with a company that specialises in insurance repairs for the residential and commercial construction industry. 

This position is located in Berserker, QLD and can commence as soon as possible for the right person.


  • General domestic repairs and maintenance
  • Roof repairs and maintenance
  • Bathroom strips outs
  • Shed construction
  • Framing and cladding
  • Demo work
  • Working onsite with carpenters and other tradesmen
  • Measure and mark out materials
  • Use of hand and power tools to make items
  • Working at heights and confined spaces

  • Own reliable vehicle and manual driver’s licence (essential)
  • Construction White Card
  • Previous work experience / 1st or 2nd year apprentice in the field (highly regarded)
  • Commitment to complete a carpentry apprenticeship 
  • Must be physically fit and able to work at heights and confined spaces 
  • Strong health and safety focus 
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol test
