Do you have a passion for the mechanical industry but not sure you want to work in a hands-on role? If you have good communication skills, some previous customer service and sales experience then an Automotive Parts Interpreter Apprenticeship could be what you are looking for!

Undertaking this full-time 3-year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Automotive Parts Interpreter and earn your Certificate III in Automotive Sales (AUR31016).

As an apprentice your responsibilities will include receiving orders and parts, ordering parts from suppliers and the warehouse on behalf of the field team, keeping stock and sales records, preparing invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock, and keeping internal and external clients up to speed with the progress of their orders.

Our host employer based in Acacia Ridge is a nationally based company that distributes a wide variety of construction equipment and large trucks.

We are looking for someone who has an avid interest in mechanical applications, can work well under time pressure when required, and has a willingness to learn and use their initiative.

Previous experience in a customer focused, sales or warehouse role will be a plus, however more importantly we are looking for an individual who is looking for a long-term career working with a nationally recognised supplier to the automotive and construction equipment industry.

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Police Clearance
  • COVID-19 double vaccinated
