Why Choose a Group Training Organisation

MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees is a registered Group Training Organisation operating in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

A Group Training Organisation (GTO) is a company that specialises in providing support to employers and apprentices/trainees in skilled trades.

The primary function of a GTO is to employ apprentices and trainees and place them with host companies, where they can gain practical experience and complete their training.

As the contractual employer of an apprentice or trainee, MIGAS performs all requirements relating to their employment arrangement including payroll, induction, mentorship, and full administrative support.

MIGAS partners with a wide range of businesses to provide employment opportunities for apprentices and trainees. We work with you to ensure you receive the practical, hands-on training and support needed to succeed in your chosen trade.

GTOs like us can be especially helpful for small to medium-sized businesses that may not have the resources to recruit and employ apprentices or trainees directly. By working with a GTO, your business can access a pool of skilled workers and receive ongoing support throughout the training process.

Overall, the goal of a GTO is to make it easier for employers to hire and train apprentices and trainees, and helping individuals launch successful careers in traditional trades.
