Job Details

We are looking for a mechanically-minded individual looking to enter the Automotive industry. Working full-time Monday to Friday, you will be mentored by industry professionals while completing a Certificate III Automotive Sales.

Completion of this 3 year apprenticeship will allow you to seek employment in any automotive sales-related role.

The Spare Parts Interpreter Apprenticeship involves building customer relationships, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person, and processing sales orders. You will provide quotes, source parts, and assist with the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hard work, mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in working with marine equipment spare parts. Most of all you will be passionate and enthusiastic about working in this field, with the right attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to impress.

In addition to this the ideal candidate will have:

  • Ideally completed year 12
  • A valid driver’s licence is preferred
  • Strong interest in marine or industrial equipment, or relevant technical fields
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be reliable for full-time working hours Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or technical roles is an advantage (but not required)
  • Be committed to completing and passing all practical and theory-based study requirements of an Apprenticeship
