The Opportunity
In partnership with our host, Eagers Automotive, we are seeking several motivated full-time Automotive Parts Specialist Apprentices to join their Eagle Farm team.
Eagers Automotive Limited is Australia and New Zealand’s leading automotive retail group, with over 100 years of history. Operating a diverse portfolio of vehicle brands, the company offers sales, servicing, parts, and finance through strategically located dealerships across major cities and regions.
This three-year apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Automotive Sales and the opportunity to earn AUR31020 Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting).
Job Details
In this role, you will support the team representing Honda, Volkswagen, Cupra, Jaguar, Land Rover, BYD, Subaru, Holden, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Ford, Mazda, and KIA. This apprenticeship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn the automotive parts business, working alongside experienced Parts Interpreters.
You will play a vital part in supporting our Service and Sales teams by assisting with accurate parts identification, ensuring timely supply, and delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
This position is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in automotive parts within a large, well-established dealership group, who thrives on variety and enjoys working across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in interpreting and supplying parts for workshop and retail customers across multiple brands
- Learn to accurately identify parts using electronic catalogues and dealer management systems
- Support order processing, invoicing, and credits
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with technicians, service advisors, and the wider dealership team
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Occasional Saturday work possible after training

Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, maths, and English
- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Screening, and Police Check
