Matt’s Story
Matt completed his Jaybro Warehousing Traineeship in 2013. He has worked his way up to a management position and now manages his own team.
He particularly enjoys being able to share his knowledge and experience with his team and the next generation of Jaybro trainees.
Peyton’s Story
During his Warehousing Traineeship, Peyton developed a keen interest in Workplace Health and Safety and is now studying to become a WHS Adviser with the support of his team at Jaybro.
Jakob’s Story
Before starting his Warehousing Traineeship, Jakob wanted to start a career as a fire fighter. Starting out in roles in retail and hospitality, Jakob wanted to find a new opportunity where he could put this experience to good use and gain valuable skills for a successful career.
The Jaybro Warehousing Traineeship appealed to Jakob as it offered all this and more. Jakob enjoyed completing his traineeship in a supportive environment where he was given the confidence to achieve big things. He also enjoyed the variety the role provides, including forklift work, customer service and logistics administration.
