Does MIGAS only employ apprentices in gas related trades?

No, our name is an acronym for Manufacturing Industries Group Apprenticeship Scheme.

Simplified to MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees, we started operating as a Group Training Organisation in 1988 to connect talented apprentices and trainees with the right jobs to set them up for successful, rewarding, and long-lasting careers.

We operate in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

We don’t just focus on manufacturing trades – we specialise in Electrical Apprenticeships, Automotive Apprenticeships, Mechanical and Fabrication Engineering Apprenticeships, and Construction Apprenticeships.

We also offer traineeships in Business, Finance, IT, Warehousing, Civil Construction, and other vocational areas.

We work with businesses small and large to employ apprentices and trainees in a wide range of industries including mining, natural resources, engineering, logistics, security, and telecommunications.
